Local Purchase Medicines Surgical Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under a framework contract for local purchase of medicines, surgical items and disposable items for day-to-day and Zakat requirements for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders shall be firms or pharmacy chains having a valid retail drug sale licence Form-9 and financial capability. Estimated amount is PKR 4.8 million with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount. Bidders shall quote discounts on maximum retail prices for local manufacturer medicines, multinational manufacturer medicines and disposable and surgical items. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted online and accompanied by original bid security in the prescribed form. Brands supplied must conform to the Punjab Medicine Formulary 2022. NTN, Sales Tax registration and valid renewed drug sale licence are mandatory.
