College Cafeteria Canteen Management Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement through public tender for the operation and management of the cafeteria canteen at Government Graduate College for Women Wahdat Colony Lahore. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes enclosed within one larger sealed envelope through registered post. Financial bids shall be accompanied by a refundable CDR equal to 5% of the estimated annual contract value in the name of the Principal, Government Graduate College for Women Wahdat Colony Lahore. The CDR must be issued in the bidder's own name and CDRs issued in the name of another individual or group shall not be accepted. Preference shall be given to female bidders. The contract period shall be one year from 24-07-2026 to 23-07-2027 and may be extended conditionally for up to two additional years based on satisfactory performance certified by the College Council and Cafeteria Committee. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all tenders under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. If the tender is cancelled, fresh tenders shall be invited on 07-08-2026 and, if necessary, opened again on 22-08-2026.
