Description

Auction for the canteen and bicycle stand contract at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Alipur for the financial year 2026-27. Interested bidders are invited to participate in the public auction. The reserve price is Rs.580,000 with a security deposit of Rs.58,000. Auction documents shall be submitted before the prescribed deadline and the auction will be held at the office of the Medical Superintendent. If the auction is not finalized on the scheduled date, subsequent auctions will be held on 25-07-2026 and 28-07-2026. The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the bid amount along with applicable income tax immediately and submit the remaining 75% through cheque as security, with subsequent payments as prescribed. Bidders must appear personally or through an authorized representative with an authority letter, original CNIC, NTN and proof of Active Taxpayer status. The contractor shall pay all applicable government taxes and shall not claim any concession for losses caused by natural disasters, war, floods, strikes or other events. The contract shall remain valid until 30-06-2027 unless terminated due to implementation of a central contract. For the bicycle stand, the contractor shall issue prescribed parking receipts and collect only approved charges, including Rs.30 for a 24-hour attendant pass for admitted patients' attendants, Rs.10 for motorcycles and motorcycle rickshaws, Rs.5 for bicycles, Rs.20 for Suzuki or pickup vehicles, Rs.50 for tractor trolley or loader vehicles and Rs.100 for buses and trucks.
