General Housekeeping Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply general and housekeeping items under an annual procurement arrangement. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS SPPRA using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, sole agents, contractors and consultants registered with the Sales Tax Department may participate. Tender documents shall be downloaded from EPADS after payment of the prescribed document fee. A bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the form of pay order or bank draft shall be submitted before bid opening. Technical bids will be opened on the scheduled date and time. Pro Tip: This procurement includes housekeeping supplies, janitorial materials, cleaning consumables, sanitation products, facility supplies and institutional cleaning items for healthcare operations.
