Meal Food Special Security Duties Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure meal and food services for personnel performing special security duties including Pulao Kabab - Chicken Pulao Kabab - Chicken Karahi - Beef Karahi - Mutton Karahi - vegetables - pulses - breakfast - juices - mineral water - tea and other meals as required. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through EPADS Version 2.0 using the Single Stage Two Envelope method with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). Only eligible firms holding valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration, regularly paying Sales Tax and Income Tax, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List, and providing the required registration and banking documents may participate. Bid security in the prescribed form shall accompany each bid as specified in the bidding documents. Bids will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM through EPADS. The procuring entity may increase or decrease the required quantities.
