Purchase Books Non Formal Basic Education Schools Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of books for 286 Non-Formal Basic Education Schools including 13,800 books for NFBE Primary Schools and 500 books for NFBE Elementary Schools for rehabilitation of school libraries. Eligible publishers, distributors, authorized dealers, firms, companies and sole proprietors registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 4,290,000 and bid security is 3% of the estimated cost. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded electronically through the e-PADS portal and bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Original bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft must reach the consignee before the closing time. Bid validity is 150 days. Blacklisted firms are not eligible.
