Improvement Rehabilitation Office Building Sharaqpur Tender Notice
Description
Improvement and rehabilitation of the office building of Municipal Committee Sharaqpur. Eligible contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered on e-PADS and with FBR, PRA and PPRA may participate. Contractors must possess PEC Category C-06 or above. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. The estimated cost is PKR 9,960,000 and bid security is PKR 298,800 equal to 3% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. E-bids must be submitted electronically and the original bid security delivered before the submission deadline. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Bid validity is 120 days. Pro Tip: This procurement includes office building rehabilitation, building improvement, civil works, renovation works, structural repairs, public building maintenance and construction services for municipal infrastructure.
