Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites electronic bids for an Annual Framework Contract for patch work, rehabilitation of culverts and nullah slabs, and rehabilitation or maintenance of office and residential buildings for the period up to 30.06.2027. Lot 1 covers supply of sand, stone aggregate and pan aggregate with estimated amount Rs.30 million and 5% bid security of Rs.1.5 million; Lot 2 covers rehabilitation of culverts and nullah slabs with estimated amount Rs.50 million and 5% bid security of Rs.2.5 million; Lot 3 covers rehabilitation and maintenance of office buildings and residences with estimated amount Rs.50 million and 5% bid security of Rs.2.5 million. Bidders must be tax registered and enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for 2026-27. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure applies and electronic bids must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents may be downloaded and uploaded until 11:00 AM on 19 October 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
