Supply of sand, stone aggregate and pan aggregate for patch work under Lot 1 of the annual framework contract for Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi for one year up to 30 June 2027. The estimated or budgeted amount is Rs. 30.00 million and bid security is Rs. 1,500,000, equivalent to 5%. Eligible tax-registered bidders or firms enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for 2026-27 may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System under single stage single envelope procedure. Bids close on 19 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM at the Office of Municipal Officer Infrastructure, Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi. Bidders may apply for the entire lot but cannot select individual items within a lot. Work orders will be issued separately according to requirements during the contract period.
