Hiring Event Management Firm Minority Day Event Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for hiring an event management firm to organize the Minority Day event including conference and seminar services. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and PRA may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The estimated procurement amount is PKR 45,000,000 and bid security is PKR 900,000 in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Electronic bids must be uploaded through the E-PADS portal. Technical bids will be opened electronically on the scheduled date, and bidders may attend the opening meeting. Bid validity shall remain 120 days from the submission date. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before award of contract in accordance with PPRA Rules.
