Description

Auction for outsourcing parking services and canteen services at DHQ Hospital Pakpattan for the financial year 2026-27 under the Punjab Auction Rules 2016 (amended). The auction includes Parking Services with a monthly reserve price of PKR 586,840 plus applicable government taxes and a security deposit of PKR 1,000,000, and Canteen Services with a monthly reserve price of PKR 146,000 plus applicable government taxes and a security deposit of PKR 300,000. Auction documents may be obtained on payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000. Bidders must submit a CDR in favour of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Pakpattan, CNIC copy, registration documents and a notarized affidavit confirming acceptance of auction conditions, non-blacklisting, non-default and absence of litigation against government institutions. Auction documents will be received until 16-07-2026 at 12:30 PM. Parking auction will commence on 16-07-2026 at 01:00 PM and canteen auction on 16-07-2026 at 01:30 PM. The successful contractor shall execute an agreement within three days after depositing the first instalment. Annual rent shall be payable in three instalments with subsequent instalments due on 10-11-2026 and 10-03-2027. Parking charges shall be PKR 5 for bicycles, PKR 10 for motorcycles and PKR 20 for cars. The successful parking contractor shall maintain cleanliness, security, an approved parking slip format and install a separate electricity meter. The successful canteen contractor shall comply with Punjab Food Authority standards, maintain approved price lists, ensure cleanliness, install a separate electricity meter, pay utility bills on time, obtain police verification and medical certificates for staff and shall not establish stalls outside the designated canteen building. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the applicable rules.
