Procurement will be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope and Single Stage One Envelope methods as applicable. Eligible manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority shall submit electronic bids on EPADS on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis in Pakistani Rupees. Lowest bid certificate is mandatory. Separate bid security is required for each IT lot and complete lot quoting is mandatory. Original bid security in the form of CDR must be submitted physically while scanned copies of all bidding documents and bid security shall be uploaded on EPADS in PDF format. E-bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-14 at 11:00 AM for applicable procurements. Bid securities range from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 1,000,000 depending upon the procurement item.
