Supply Of Medical Equipment Furniture And Instruments Tender Notice
Description
Sealed electronic bids are invited under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS on the basis of National Competitive Bidding for the supply of medical equipment, medical furniture and medical instruments using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method. Eligible manufacturers, importers and authorized dealers may obtain bidding documents upon payment of Rs. 2,000 or download them from EPADS or the KPPRA website. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-16 at 10:00 AM and written queries shall be submitted before the meeting. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS on or before the closing date and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Financial bids must include an irrevocable bid security equal to 2% in favour of the Vice Commissioner ESSI while technical bids shall include a photocopy of the bid security without the amount or an affidavit as specified. Negotiations and post-bid discounts are not permitted.
