Classroom Furniture It Equipment Air Conditioners Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes supply and installation of classroom furniture - IT equipment - air conditioners - and general classroom items. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Financial bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of pay order, CDR or bank draft. Eligible bidders shall provide documentary evidence of successful completion of similar projects including supply, installation, testing and commissioning. Technical bids will be opened at 11:10 AM on the submission date.
