Framework Contract Police Supplies Repairs Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of lubricants - miscellaneous stationery - computer stationery including computer paper and toners - miscellaneous items - plant and machinery - tables, chairs and other furniture - spare parts and repair of government vehicles - repair of government machinery - repair and maintenance of office and residential buildings. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms registered with Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank. Bids will be opened electronically and successful bidders shall provide a 2% performance guarantee.
