Framework Contracts For Municipal Goods And Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of goods and procurement of services for Municipal Committee Kot Chutta. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure and evaluated on the least cost method. Eligible firms and contractors registered and renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category may participate. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank with original submission before bid closing. Bids must be uploaded electronically in PDF format, duly signed and stamped, with hard copies of financial instruments submitted as required. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
