City Police Officer Gujranwala invites electronic bids from financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments for multiple framework contracts under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 31.12.2021). Procurement includes mobil oil and lubricants, tyres, tubes, flappers, batteries, filters, horse feed, miscellaneous electrical, sports and meal items, office stationery, computer stationery, printing material, furniture and fixtures, plant and machinery, IT equipment, computer hardware, computer software, tents, tarpaulins, beds, boxes, ice, coal, other store items, repair of machinery, repair of furniture, repair of transport and repair, maintenance and renovation of government police buildings. Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope e-procurement procedure. Bid security shall be 3% of the estimated cost of each lot in the shape of CDR and successful bidders shall furnish 10% performance guarantee. Rates shall remain valid up to 30 June 2027.
