Vehicle Repair Machinery Stationery Miscellaneous Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for repair of vehicles, supply of miscellaneous items, stationery, machinery and equipment for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders are invited from registered contractors, suppliers and firms. Tender documents are available on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000. Bidders shall submit refundable call deposits of Rs. 60000 for vehicle repair and Rs. 40000 for miscellaneous items, machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, raw materials and stationery. Bids shall be submitted in sealed form and opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders must own a relevant workshop or stationery shop in Chilas, and quoted rates for genuine vehicle and machinery parts must be realistic. Conditional and blacklisted bids shall not be accepted. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under GB PPRA Rules.
