Prison Uniform Jail Maintenance Stationery Transport Repair Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for uniform articles, jail maintenance works, office stationery, miscellaneous items and repair of transport for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from reputed registered firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt issued by a scheduled bank is mandatory according to each category. Bidders shall submit a one-year bank statement showing transactions of approximately Rs. 5 million with a minimum closing balance of Rs. 2 million, a non-blacklisting affidavit, treasury challan and all required supporting documents. Only technically qualified bidders shall have their financial proposals opened. The successful contractor shall supply or execute the required work throughout the financial year at the quoted rates. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under GBPPRA Rules 2022.
