Vehicle Repair Machinery Furniture Stationery Miscellaneous Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for repair of vehicles and motorcycles, supply of miscellaneous items, machinery and equipment, office stationery and furniture and fixtures under the Regular and Development Budget for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders are invited from interested contractors and firms. Separate bidding documents for each category shall be obtained during office hours between 20 July 2026 and 24 July 2026. Bidders shall submit separate sealed bids with refundable Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the DDO LG&RD Central Directorate Gilgit-Baltistan. Contractors must be financially sound and possess their own shop and workshop in Gilgit City. Vehicle and motorcycle repair rates shall include labour charges. Payment shall be made after complete supply, inspection and acceptance of the goods or completion of repair work. Defective materials shall not be accepted. Successful bidders shall execute a written agreement, maintain quoted rates from July 2026 to 30 June 2027 without revision, and supply the required goods within 10 days of the supply order. Unrealistic market rates and bids without bid security shall be rejected. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
