Framework Contract Supplies Repairs Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase and repair requirements including lubricants and oil, miscellaneous stationery items, computer stationery including computer paper and toners, miscellaneous items, plants and machinery, tables, chairs and other furniture items, spare parts and repair of government vehicles, repair of government machinery and repair and maintenance of office and residential buildings. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms registered with Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments may submit bids electronically with the prescribed bid security. Performance guarantee equal to 2% of the contract value shall be required from successful bidders. Bid opening will be conducted electronically.
