Office Supplies Vehicle Repairs Maintenance Framework Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited under a framework contract for purchase of stationery items, computer stationery, printing items, repair of government vehicles, purchase of vehicle spare parts, machinery items, miscellaneous items, lubricant items and repair of office buildings for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Bid documents are available from the procuring agency and through the Punjab e-procurement portal. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost and successful bidders shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value.
