Parking Canteen Contract Auction Hospital Tender Notice
Description
Auction for parking and canteen contracts at THQ Thal (MNS) Hospital for the financial year 2026-27. Interested bidders may obtain the bidding terms and conditions from the Procurement Officer during office hours until 11:00 AM on the closing date. Security deposit shall be submitted in the form of CDR in the name of the Medical Superintendent amounting to Rs. 50,000 for the parking contract and Rs. 30,000 for the canteen contract. Bidders shall submit a certified copy of the Computerized National Identity Card, an affidavit on Rs. 10 stamp paper duly attested by the Oath Commissioner, and NTN registration. All applicable government taxes shall be paid by the successful contractor. The contract shall remain valid until 30-06-2027 and may be extended for three months subject to satisfactory performance. If a central contract is awarded by the department, the contract shall stand cancelled. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. If the auction is not held on 27-07-2026, it shall be conducted on 30-07-2026.
