Paddy Nursery Transplantation Agricultural Labour Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring agricultural labour for transplantation of paddy nursery over an area of 80 acres. Procurement shall be conducted through online open competitive bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System and physical submission is not permitted. Original bid security of Rs. 64,000 shall be submitted in the prescribed form of Bank Guarantee, Pay Order or CDR. Prices shall be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bidders shall provide an undertaking confirming they have never been blacklisted and possess valid Income Tax (NTN) and PRA registration. Incomplete proposals shall not be considered and bid validity shall remain 60 days. In case of a public holiday, bid opening shall take place on the next working day.
