Description
Framework contract for procurement and repair of miscellaneous items including hot and cold items, sports goods, tents and tarpaulins, other stores, road safety materials, fair and exhibition items, ordnance store items, beds and boxes, meal charges, entertainment and gifts, computer hardware, software, IT equipment, plant and machinery, lubricants, stationery, computer stationery, printing services, furniture and fixture, furniture repair, filters, batteries, tyres, transport repair, machinery and equipment repair and repair of office and residential buildings for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders shall upload bids electronically, submit samples where applicable and provide bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Performance security of 5% shall be required from the successful bidder. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the submission date.
