Police Supplies Repairs It Equipment Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of transport services, hot and cold equipment, sports items, road and safety items, repair of machinery, repair of furniture, building works and IT equipment. Eligible manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers shall submit bids through e-procurement under the open competitive single stage single envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft. Bids shall be uploaded electronically by 12:00 PM and opened at 01:00 PM on the same day. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory. Pro Tip: The procurement includes transport, civil works, machinery repair, furniture maintenance, IT equipment, road safety products and related operational supplies for government contractors and equipment suppliers.
