Description
Procurement under a framework contract for laboratory chemicals, reagents, rapid test kits, laboratory equipment and related items for hospital use. Eligible importers, manufacturers, wholesalers and general order suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities may submit electronic bids through Punjab e-Procurement on FOR basis. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted electronically, bid validity shall be 180 days, hard copies are not required, bidding shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2), and bids will be opened online at 11:30 AM on the same day.
