Security Surveillance Transport Event Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of security surveillance services, transport services, event management and security support services, and outdoor SMD LED screens on rental basis for religious and national events across all tehsils of District Kot Addu. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System shall submit electronic bids. Bidding shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure. Electronic bid security of 5% of the estimated procurement value is mandatory and no physical financial instruments shall be accepted. Bids shall be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. NTN and Sales Tax registration are required. Pro Tip: The procurement covers surveillance services, event security, transport hire, vehicle rental, LED display screens, event management and logistics support suitable for security companies, transport contractors, event organizers and audiovisual service providers.
