Hematology Reagents Consumables Controls Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of hematology (CBC) reagents on a reagent rental basis together with consumables and controls for the fiscal year 2026-27. Registered firms with relevant tax registrations may submit electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the single stage two envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of each item in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft shall be submitted before the bid opening time. Conditional bids shall not be accepted, the procuring agency may increase the quantity by up to 15%, and bids will be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
