Procurement of civil works under Hydro Power Generating District Development Projects ADP No.1741/250728 (2025-26) and Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for District Peshawar ADP No.251268 (2025-26) including resurfacing, construction and black topping of roads, road furnishing with drains, pavement, tuff tiles, PCC street pavement, improvement of basic infrastructure, rehabilitation of Janazgahs, community centres, culverts, side walls, sanitation works and related infrastructure in Peshawar. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must be enlisted with the Communication and Works Department, possess the required PEC category and submit bid security, stamp duty, tender fee and additional security where applicable in accordance with KPPRA rules. Financial bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the closing date. Pro Tip: This procurement covers road construction, black topping, PCC roads, pavement works, drainage, culverts, sanitation infrastructure, community centres, Janazgah rehabilitation, public infrastructure development and highway engineering services.
