Abbottabad Nathiagali Road Rehabilitation Improvement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of road improvement works comprising rehabilitation, widening and improvement of Abbottabad Nathia Gali Barian Road and Kuzagali Ayubia Khanspur Road under Package-1 for improvement, widening and rehabilitation from Murree Chowk to Bagnotar and Package-2 for improvement and rehabilitation from Bagnotar to Barrian and Kozagali Ayubia Khanspur Road. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Participation is restricted to the pre-qualified firms notified by the procuring entity. Original Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated cost together with tender entry fee equal to 0.03% of the estimated cost shall be submitted before bid closing. Bidders shall quote rates above, below or at par on the Engineer's Estimate based on MRS-2025. Additional security and detailed rate analysis shall apply where required under KPPRA Rules. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the closing date and remain valid for 90 days.
