District Police Office Mardan invites sealed tenders from registered firms, contractors, transporters, hotel owners, workshop owners and suppliers for the financial year 2026-27 for provision of Stationery, Furniture, Hospital Items, Vehicle Hiring (Heavy and Light Vehicles), Catering and Food Services for Muharram, Eid, Elections, Sports Events and Public Gatherings, as well as Repair and Maintenance of Government Vehicles, APCs and Motorcycles including Spare Parts, Engine Overhauling, Batteries, Tyres, Tubes and Denting/Painting. Separate tenders are required for each category. Bidders must be registered with FBR (GST and Income Tax), while hotel owners and auto dealers must also possess active KPRA registration. A bid security of 2% is mandatory and the successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance security. Rates will remain valid up to 30-06-2027 and procurement shall be governed by KPPRA Rules including Rule 47.
