City Branding Arrangement Services Tender Notice
Description
Rate running contract and framework agreement for provision and installation of city branding arrangements on an as-required basis for Pakistan gazetted days including Kashmir Solidarity Day, Pakistan Day, Defence Day, Black Day and visits of heads of state and VVIP delegations. Procurement shall be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure with separate technical and financial bids. Bid security of 1,000,000.00 is required. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:30 PM. Pro Tip: The procurement covers city branding, decorative installations, event branding, public display arrangements, ceremonial decorations and installation services.
