Framework Goods Repair Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for the financial year 2026-2027 including goods, lubricants for government vehicles, stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication, miscellaneous store items, dietary items, ice and coal, sports items, beds and boxes, tents and tarpaulins, road safety items, IT equipment, computer hardware, computer software, machinery purchase and repair, furniture purchase and repair, transport repair and repair or renovation of residential and police buildings. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms registered with relevant authorities, PEC and tax departments may participate. The estimated procurement value is Rs. 80 million and bid security of 3% is required. Technical documents shall also be submitted in hard copy. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM and successful bidders shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee.
