Description

Supply stationery items for the Chief Secretary Office, General Administration Department and other required offices during the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from well reputed firms, contractors, dealers and suppliers. Tender documents may be obtained on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.3,000. A refundable call deposit of Rs.100,000 shall accompany the bid in the name of Deputy Secretary (GAD). Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate Technical and Financial Proposals evaluated on a 70:30 weightage ratio. Eligible bidders must have their own registered shop, outlet or workshop, at least five years of relevant government or semi-government experience, and submit a Rs.100 affidavit confirming they have never been blacklisted. Typed rates only shall be accepted. Bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM.
