Foam Mattresses Supply Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited from manufacturers, general order suppliers and authorized dealers registered with relevant tax authorities for the supply of 70,000 ortho bi-fold rebounding foam mattresses with cotton covers. The mattresses shall have a length of 75 inches, width of 30 inches, thickness of 2 inches comprising one inch foam of 28-30 density and one inch ortho layer of 75-80 density with 100 percent cotton drill cloth cover weighing 3.24 kilograms. The estimated procurement cost is Rs.382,480,000 and bid security is Rs.7,649,600. Five samples are required. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and accompanied by original bid security. Offered rates shall be on F.O.R. Jail Gate basis. Successful bidder shall provide 5 percent performance guarantee.
