Supply Of Medicines Surgical And Orthopedic Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the purchase of national medicines, multi-national medicines, surgical items and orthopedic items funded under PBM for the financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from well reputed medicine firms and pharmacies holding valid pharmacy retail drug sale licences and registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax authorities while appearing on the Active Taxpayers List. Procurement shall be conducted through the Open Competitive Single Stage Two Envelope e-bidding procedure. Bids shall be submitted on discount rates from retail or market prices. Bid security of PKR 200,000 equal to 2% of the estimated cost and valid for 180 days shall accompany the bid in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory.
