Description
Framework contracts for procurement of miscellaneous goods, equipment and services including bed and boxes, computer stationery, conference and workshop arrangements, medicines, stores, computer hardware, entertainment and gifts, furniture and fixtures, hardware and equipment, hot and cold weather items, IT equipment, machinery and equipment, lubricants, printing and publications, sports goods, stationery, tents and tarpaulins, training aids, transport, plant and machinery and other related supplies and services for the financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers and authorized agents or distributors registered with the relevant authorities and tax departments. Procurement shall be conducted through electronic procurement using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted online. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost for each item shall be submitted before the submission deadline in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value shall be required from successful bidders. Technical samples or brochures where applicable are mandatory.
