Laboratory Chemicals Reagents Test Kits Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under framework contracts for laboratory chemicals, reagents, rapid test kits, RR basis laboratory equipment and other related items for the year 2026-27 on FOR basis. Bids are invited from firms, importers, manufacturers, wholesale dealers and general order suppliers registered with the income tax and sales tax departments. Tender documents containing specifications and conditions are available through the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Hard copies are not required. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2). Online proposals will be opened in the conference room on the same day. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
