Medicines Surgical Disposable Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day and emergency basis for the financial year 2026-2027 on DDP basis. Bids are invited from financially sound firms and agencies through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules. Prices shall include applicable taxes. Bidders shall submit bids electronically and quote discount rates against the indicated market rates of medical devices and surgical disposable items. Bid security valid for 180 days in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank shall be submitted before bid opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip: This procurement includes medicines, pharmaceuticals, surgical disposables, emergency medical supplies, hospital consumables, healthcare products and medical procurement for patient treatment.
