Vehicle Repair Office Stationery Miscellaneous Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of vehicle repair and transport services, office stationery and other miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders are invited from authorized distributors, suppliers and well reputed firms. The procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals carrying a 50:50 evaluation weightage and contracts will be awarded on a lot-wise basis. Earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt is required with the technical proposal amounting to Rs. 120,000 for vehicle repair and transport, Rs. 100,000 for office stationery and Rs. 50,000 for miscellaneous items. Bidders must submit a Rs.100 non-judicial stamp paper affidavit confirming they have never been blacklisted. Only firms having at least five years relevant experience and operating an appropriate shop, manufacturing unit, outlet or showroom are eligible and must provide documentary proof. Incomplete, false or unsupported bids may be rejected. Technical and financial proposals will be opened according to the scheduled opening times on the same day. This procurement covers vehicle maintenance, transport services, automotive repair, office stationery, office supplies and miscellaneous procurement to ensure uninterrupted departmental operations throughout the financial year.
