Surgical Sutures Framework Contract Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the purchase and supply of surgical sutures for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals and authorized distributors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA having active Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and not blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI are eligible to participate. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bids including electronic bid security equal to 2% of the estimated quoted value shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial bids shall be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the opening date. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and the procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the tender under Rule 35. Pro Tip: The procurement includes surgical sutures, absorbable sutures, non-absorbable sutures, surgical stitching materials, wound closure products and related medical consumables supplied through a framework contract using electronic procurement procedures.
