Medicines Surgical Disposable Items Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines, surgical items and disposable medical supplies for the financial year 2026-2027 through electronic procurement. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Punjab E-Procure system. Eligible bidders and suppliers shall submit separate technical and financial bids electronically. Estimated procurement cost is Rs.4.5 million with bid security of 2%. Successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% in the form prescribed in the bidding documents before contract execution. Technical and financial bids shall be opened at 10:30 a.m. on the opening date.
