Rehabilitation Street Construction Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of development works under the Annual Development Program 2026-2027 including rehabilitation and improvement of Street Ahmed Fraz Mangat, Mandi Bahauddin and construction of soling street at Village Nura Pindi. Electronic tenders are invited from contractors registered with e-PADS and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant categories and codes. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be uploaded through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids shall be submitted electronically and opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The least cost method shall be adopted. Contractors quoting more than 4.99% below the estimated cost shall furnish additional performance security as prescribed. Pro Tip: This procurement includes street rehabilitation, road improvement, street paving, soling works, municipal infrastructure and civil development works through electronic competitive procurement.
