Janitorial Cleaning Services Provision Tender Notice
Description
Provision of janitorial and cleaning services for office facilities. Bidding shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms shall be registered with Income Tax and GST authorities and possess relevant experience in providing janitorial and cleaning services to government departments or private organizations. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes together with an electronic copy through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the closing time. Pro Tip: The procurement includes commercial cleaning, janitorial services, housekeeping, sanitation, facility maintenance and office cleaning services.
