Hospital Supplies Outsourcing Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited for procurement of medicines, medical devices, orthopedic implants, laparoscopic items, CCTV surveillance system and annual maintenance services together with outsourcing of laundry, janitorial and security services. Procurement also includes maintenance of chillers, air conditioners, ventilators, dialysis machines and associated spare parts. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to two percent of the estimated cost shall accompany each bid submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Pro Tip: The procurement covers medicines, medical devices, security services, laundry services, janitorial services, CCTV systems, biomedical equipment maintenance and hospital facility management.
