Day To Day Medicines Surgical Disposable Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of day to day local purchase medicines and surgical disposable items for the year 2026-27. The procurement includes medicines and surgical disposable items with an estimated cost of Rs. 8.0 million and bid security of Rs. 160000. Bidding shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Eligible suppliers, manufacturers and traders registered with relevant authorities, Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise & Taxation Department and Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) may participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and no manual bids will be accepted. Original bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank must be delivered before bid closing time. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the estimated cost. Taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules.
