Event Management Services Hiring Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of event management firms on a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027 including venue halls with seating arrangements, canopies and seating arrangements, portable marquees, rental furniture and miscellaneous items, stage and allied arrangements, food with catering services and accommodation. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors and suppliers registered with relevant registration authorities, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of each lot shall be submitted before the bid deadline and scanned copies uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids will be opened at 02:30 PM on the bid opening day. Bid validity shall remain 120 days.
