Grocery Food Stationery Transport Printing Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of grocery, food, bakery items, fresh items including meat, vegetables, fruits and ready-made food, office stationery, non-food items, transport parts and printing and publication items on a lot-wise basis. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors, service providers and joint ventures registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. E-bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost for each lot shall be submitted in the prescribed form. Physical bids and late submissions shall not be accepted. The procuring agency may increase or decrease estimated quantities and may cancel or postpone the procurement process.
