Medicines Surgical Dialysis Reagents Ups Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of medicines, surgical disposable items, dialysis items, reagents for CBC analyzers, surgical implants and installation of UPS for operation theatre and submersible water turbine. Eligible suppliers, manufacturers and firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities, possess a professional tax certificate and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory and the original instrument must be submitted before bid submission. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the scheduled date. Framework contract shall remain valid until 30-06-2027. Pro Tip: This procurement includes medicines, surgical disposables, dialysis consumables, laboratory reagents, CBC analyzer reagents, surgical implants, UPS systems and hospital utility equipment.
